How long before my order ships?

Because each Dirty Addiction piece is hand made to order, please allow up to to two weeks before your order ships.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

All US shipping is processed through Paypal. You should receive an auto-message once a shipping label has been produced.

I don't like what I bought, can I return it?

Dirty Addiction accepts returns for store credit only. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back for credit provided that you contact us first. Items must be sent back within 3 days of receipt and must be in re-sellable condition. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging with all promotional material. If the item returned appears used you will be sent back the merchandise and no credit will be issued. If items returned are missing original packaging and/or any promotional material/gifts, this will be taken into consideration and deducted from your credit. All one of a kind items and items purchased from the Clearance category are final sale and sold as is. Credits do not include original shipping and handling costs.

I didn't get my order, now what?

If your order gets lost in the mail (applicable to US customers only) we will be more than happy to ship another one to you provided their is proof of non-delivery.

My order arrived damaged, now what?

Sometimes orders may arrive defective and/or damaged. If this occurs, we will be more than happy to replace it provided that you return the faulty merchandise first.

Do you offer a repair service for jewelry orders?

Because all Dirty Addiction jewelry is hand made and rhinestoned, daily wear and tear can take a toll on the jewelry, if while wearing your necklace you notice it happens to be missing several crystals, you can contact us and we will repair it. Just mail it back to us at your cost and we will fix it for free at NO COST. Service good for up to 1 year after date of purchase.
